Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Martense moved to New Jersey when she purchased her first home. Therefore, she has the effective combination of relocation experience and the tools for seamless acclimation to the area. Helping tenants become landlords and building generational wealth is Martense’s passion. Prior to embarking on her career in Real Estate, Martense worked for 13 years in Human Resources and Labor Relations, which has allowed her to master the science of altruism and selflessly assisting others. Martense is compassionate, excels in negotiation and always acts in the best interest of her clients.

I remember the day my dad told me his story of how he migrated to the United States from his native country of Haiti. He shared his struggles, his triumphs and the adversity he had to face as an immigrant. With little money and with no understanding of the English Language he found a way to a better life for me and all our family. Through his story He demonstrated what determination, perseverance and couragethat’s needed in order to follow a dream, and what the human spirit can truly accomplish.
Fast forward a few years, I’ve learned to use those attributes every day in everything I do. Whether it’s getting a Master’s Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy to Opening my own outpatient rehabilitation Center to becoming the front man of live band or to becoming and effective and successful Real Estate agent for over 6 years. I put in the same effort, professionalism and heart in everything I do. What motivates me is being given the opportunity to use all of my talents, knowledge and creativity to help as many clients as possiblewith their real estate goals and needs.

My name is Sparkle Myrie and I am a real estate sales representative who is in the business of helping people. I have been serving the community of Essex County for 14 years by assisting individuals meet their needs. I have serviced the community in different capacities such as teacher’s assistance, social services, and public servant.
